Cancellation Policy
Waxing Moon Spa is by Appointment Only
•You will receive a confirmation email at the time you book the appointment
•An email/text 3 days prior to confirm your scheduled appointment.
•A reminder email/text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late Policy
Please be on time! If you drive, remember that this is a busy area with construction going on everywhere and that traffic and parking can be a nightmare. Plan accordingly! If you give me a heads up I can usually accommodate you if it’s not a busy day. If I cannot and you’re more than 10 minutes late we may have to reschedule which will result in a 50% of service fee charge with the card on file.
No Show Policy
Because you receive at least 3 reminders prior to an appointment, if you no show (there was no contact made via phone, text, or email before the appointment) the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. If somehow there is not a card on file, you will be sent an invoice.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
24 hours notice required for any cancellations or reschedules. I understand that stuff comes up, and will work to accommodate you if I’m able but failure to give sufficient notice will be charged 100% with card on file. If no card, you will be invoiced. Cancellations and no-shows impact me and other clients who may have wanted your time slot.

Waxing Moon is committed to a clean hygienic service, which means NO DOUBLE DIPPING!
Due to limited space no kids, guests, or pets in the treatment room. This allows me to concentrate on you and your wax service without any distractions.
